This homeowner was worried that their Crawlspace flooding would negatively impact her house so she called the experts here at DryZone to come out and make sure flooding would not happen again anytime soon.  The first step we took in protecting the Crawlspace was the installation of the SmartSump which will work to move water out and away from the Crawlspace. The second step is to install CleanSpace which will serve as a vapor barrier and the final step is the installation of a SaniDry Sedona which will work to remove moisture from the air and keep your Crawlspace healthy for years to come. 

This Crawlspace was dealing with large amounts of flooding so to get it fixed the homeowners called the experts here at DryZone. When our crew arrived at the site they first pumped out the standing water in the Crawlspace and then installed SmartSump which will move water away from the Crawlspace. The final step was the installation of CleanSpace which will act as a vapor barrier to act as an extra line of protection from water getting in. 

This is a night and day difference in this basement! Proper water proofing and brightwall installation will make all the difference in functionality and comfort for these homeowners. Not to mention the fact that water was clearly damaging the integrity of this home before Team DryZone arrived on the scene!

Wet basements are no fun. This basement had a majoy sump pump upgrade from this wimpy pump laid in a hole with no protection from the soil to this Triple Safe pump with battery backup. These homeowners now have a powerful sump pump which sits on a stand which will protect against system blockage. The battery backup gives them peace of mind during a power outage as well!

Crawlspace entrances are usually very small and hard to get in to. The metal shrouds and doors will rust and the open bottom lets in ground water. The Turtl is a great addition to any crawlspace. It is made of solid, heavy duty plastic and will never rot, mold, or rust. It has a solid bottom so that no ground water will come up from underneath. My favorite part is that you can easily get in and out of the crawlspace after installing a Turtl. This makes it infinitely better when replacing ducts or a well pump or any other equipment under your home.
