DryZone LLC wins Regal Awards from the Home Builders Association of Delaware

DryZone LLC of Harbeson, DE has recently won two Regal Awards from the Home Builders Association of Delaware.

The Home Builders Association of Delaware (HBADE) brings local home builders and associates (sub-contractors) into the public eye to promote growth in the housing market. DryZone encapsulates crawlspaces, waterproofs basements, and fixes broken foundations. As an associate member of the HBADE, DryZone is eligible each year for several awards in various categories.

On Friday, May 17th, DryZone owners Bill Anderson and Gary Lawson attended the HBADE awards dinner in Dover, DE. They were honored to receive awards for Best Image Campaign and Best Brochure. These new awards were added to their 2011 win for Best Website.

The Best Image Campaign Award was awarded for the “WOW! Service” campaign.  This campaign is designed to give each homeowner an involuntary “WOW!” expression when they interact with anyone at DryZone. The homeowner’s individual needs and concerns are held in the highest regard at DryZone.

The Best Brochure Award was awarded for our CleanSpace brochure. The CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation brochure is designed to clearly educate each homeowner on ways to fix a wet and nasty crawlspace. DryZone sends one of these brochures to each homeowner before our inspectors arrive for the free inspection.  We believe every customer should be educated about the building science behind the reasons a crawl space is a haven for mold, mildew and/or other structural defects.  This is another step we take in making sure our customers understand the repair process and the reasons behind the products we might suggest.
