Our System Design Specialist, Tom, completed a thorough evaluation and reviewed his findings with Steve in detail.
The key components of this crawlspace encapsulation included CleanSpace, DrainageMatting, and a SaniDry Sedona. The SaniDry Sedona has an impressive 100-pints-per-day capacity and circulates over 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute throughout the crawlspace or basement. We also installed an EverLast Door, which seals out outside air and will never rust, rot, or require paint.

CleanSpace is a heavy, 20-mil-thick liner manufactured in seven layers. It combines high-density polyethylene for puncture resistance, low-density polyethylene, and a polyester cord reinforcement for exceptional tear strength.
