Photo Album: Encapsulating and Sealing Crawlspace and Wet Areas Magnolia, DE

The homeowner noticed a crack under their steps as well as water coming from around the pipe chase right below their crawlspace. Their crawlspace also is not encapsulated, so we will be adding CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to keep the area clean, dry and healthy. FlexiSpan will fill and seal the crack to make sure no more water will come through in both areas. As for the crawlspace, we pulled out all of the old insulation so that we could properly encapsulate the area.

Falling Insulation

All of the old insulation needs to be removed prior to the application of CleanSpace

Grading the CrawlSpace

The rest of the insulation needs to be removed so that we can grade the dirt to be flat. This will allow a smooth installation process for the CleanSpace vapor barrier
