An open letter written to our future sales managerFinding the right people to walk alongside us as team members is critical to being a success in what we do. Our homeowners are best served by the best team possible. Read this letter written by the owner of DryZone, Bill Anderson to our future sales manager that goes right to the heart of who we are and who we are looking to add to our team.

Dear Sales Manager,

My name is Bill Anderson and I am the owner of DryZone. Thank you for taking the time to read this career posting. I am searching for just the right person to lead our team of sales professionals. Are you the right person for this opportunity?

DryZone is the largest basement and crawlspace waterproofing, foundation repair, concrete leveling, basement finishing and electrical company in Delmarva and parts of the western shore of Maryland! Our company began in 2006 and we are a part of the largest waterproofing and foundation repair networks in the world. Our training, processes, and support are the best you have ever seen. Our salespeople are given preset leads – there is no cold calling. We are consistently providing remarkable experiences to over 1,500 homeowners each year!
