Crawl Space Conditioning / Encapsulation

You installed a crawl space support jack and also leveled the center support beam earlier this year. I'm looking into a sump pump. I believe I would need the drain around the perimeter of the crawl space. The main portion of the home is 27' X 50' I added a 22' x 25' addition to the house. So the addition connects on the 27' and 25' I'm not as much interested in the whole encapulation as the sump pump.

Would like an estimate of recommended services to keep my basement dry.

Go the to crawl space and tell me how much it will cost me to have it drained. It flooded after they turned off the sump pump. Email me the estimate.

Please contact during working hours via email. I also completed a estimate form for mudjacking. I do believe my house is sagging approx 1/2" - 3/4" in the center. I have noticed a few perimeter foundation cracks and reading your site perhaps I should have the free foundation inspection.

I would like a quote for our patio. The patio is 15' x 50'. one 50' side is against the house. The other three sides have a foundation and block work. (The land slopes so the foundation and block wall (3 course above grade) were added to make level.) I don't believe 12" block were used to support the concrete slab. Can you inject the mud solution by drilling holes thru the slab itself?

There are no particular problems of which I am aware, but I am interested (depending on cost) in lining the crawl space, installing new sump pumps and possibly enlarging the entryway into the crawl space. I'm not in a rush to do this work (probably 1st week in October), so schedule the appointment at your convenience.

Do you do the following work? This is what I would like to get done immediately and would also like to hear any further recommendations: Push rod the existing insulation properly into place. Air seal all electrical, plumbing and pipe penetrations in the crawl space, Install Humidistat to monitor humidity levels in the crawl space, seal and Mastic the duct work both trucnk or return line and the flex duct connections. Seal off the crawl space vents to the outside, and install a vapor barrier to run up the walls close to the sill.

I would like to get estimate on replacing a sump pump system; also installing a 12 mil vapor barrier.
