NOW: 1. Some days showed up later then was told. 2. When they got here to start wall anchors they didn't have the key to bobcat and spent the morning going to get a key. Therefore didn't get started until 11:30 to 12. 3. Had to barrow two pipe wrenches from me cause they didn't have any. 4. Removed two outlets from the wall and were never reattached. The oil line pipes were detached from the wall and never reattached. They were just left hanging. 5. Need to put something between the galvanized plate and the copper pipe to stop electrolysis from happening. 6. I think they should do something a little different with the way the sump pump is hooked up. Didn't know the extension cord was just going to be wrapped around the pipe and left hanging. I think they could have been a little neater with that. 7. The dirt in the drive should have been raked out smoother then what it was. I am not too steady on my feet and I could stump my toe on those lumps and bumps and fall. It they were going to do work for you, you would not want these things left this way.

Johnny was on time for our appointment, went over all the options, did a great inspection and worked up a contract that worked for my budget. Then we had a storm from HELL and I discovered that my cellar flooded and I called again for Johnny to come out to give me a price for water proofing and install a sump pump and drain system . Again, he was on time and explained what was needed to fix the problems. DRY ZONE has some of the best employee;s working for you. Jeff and Jeff ( two different people) were on time, explained the work process and kept me informed of work being done. They kept everything cleaned and explained how the equipment worked and tested it. Looking forward for this crew to doing the craw space on October 3, 2016. I hope you appreciate the fine employee's you have and the wonderful job they do for you. Please take care of them as they make your company what it is. So far two of my neighbors have talked to Jeff and asked for your company's business cards. Jeff and Jeff kept everything clean and neat the entire time they were here. Rare in workmen. Reputation, good sales rep, PRICING, ANSWERING THE TELEPHONE, TALKING TO A REAL PERSON (Amber was so helpful in getting me to the right person to talk to) and GREAT INSTALLERS. Rob, production manager will make sure that Jeff and Jeff will do the craw space work for me. Best workmen ever.

Everyone including salesman, office staff, and installation crew was very polite and professional. Job was completed as promised and installation crew cleaned up and left work areas neat and clean. Still waiting on the electrician to come and install the needed outlets for the sump pump and dehumidifier. I am confident that process will go smoothly.
