After seeing us at a home and craft expo this fall, this homeowner in Frankford, DE decided to see what was going on in their crawlspace. The homeowner never thought to check underneath their home for signs of water or the effects of moisture. 

After DryZone inspected their space, they found out that mold and moisture had affected some of their floor joists.

We installed our CleanSpace crawlspace liner with a condensate pump and a dehumidifier to help keep water out and control any moisture underneath the home. We also ran a 20 foot discharge pipe outside from the home to a LawnScape outlet, where water can escape out and away from the home.

We also installed a sister floor joist underneath the home to stabilize the floor because of the water damage that occured from an uncontrolled crawlspace. 

Now this homeowner can worry less about the effects of moisture underneath their home and feel protected!
