(1) Side entry to our house is a brick step that is built upon a concrete pad. The pad has settled and is now sloped too much away from the house.
(2) One section of our front sidewalk has settled slightly lower than the section next to it.
(3) Front entry to our house is two brick steps (unsure whether there is a concrete pad under these) and these have settled several inches below their original height.
