Tony is a Master Electrician in both Maryland and Delaware. His experience as an electrician ranges in the residential and inudstiral fields. Tony has been an electrician since 1999 and has been a Master Electrician since 2005. Tony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management and an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering. His education reinforced what came naturally. As a kid, he was always tinkering with household appliances, taking them apart and seeing how they worked, and then putting them back together again.
Tinkering, being a lingering affect from his childhood, shows up in Tony’s adult life in many home improvement and wood working projects that he takes on in his spare time. He also enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and sons such as hunting (or “woodland observing” as he doesn’t catch much), camping and hiking. Tony and his wife like to take a week each year and hike different portions of the Appalachian Trail. To date, they have conquered much of the middle portions of this trail.
We are excited to be able to offer electric services to our homeowners and we are proud to have Tony as a member of Team DryZone.
This homeowner had looked at other companies, but made the decision to go with the best. He wanted people waterproofing his home and protecting it from the ravages of humidity to be specialized in crawl space science. As a result, he chose DryZone. The difference in this crawl space and the difference Team DryZone has over other companies is clear.
This is an amazing transformation, but it is one accomplished every day by DryZone! This crawl space had suffered from high humidity for years. The weight of the water in the air was pulling down the insulation, along with providing a habitat which led to microbial growth and poor air quality in the home. This transformation included a full encapsulation with CleanSpace liner and the installation of a SaniDry dehumidifier. This homeowner was thrilled with the work completed by our crews, including our electrician. From beginning to end, DryZone created an amazing transformation which will improve the longevity of the home and the health of the people inside for years to come.
Metal and moisture can only lead to one thing and that is RUST. The first step to protecting your crawl space from the outside elements is choosing a door that will remain airtight. That is why this homeowner in Rehoboth, DE made an upgrade to a Everlast Crawl Space Door! This door will retain it's shape and integrity and help keep the cold air out in the winter and the humid air out in the summer!
These homeowners love their house. They have invested a great deal of time and finances into making it their home. Thin plastic tossed on the ground in the crawl space was doing nothing to protect the investment that they had made into their home. Humidity and ground water encroachment are evident in this before picture. Team DryZone laid down drainage matting beneath Clean Space 20 millimeter liner. The drainage matting will allow ground water to flow beneath the crawl space liner. The Clean Space liner is uniquely designed for flexibility and longevity along with having an odorless antimicrobial additive which will prevent microbial growth. This is exactly the way homeowners who care about the longevity of their home want their crawl space to be protected.
