WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System
v
Our WaterGuard piping system is engineered specifically to solve your basement water problems without clogging. Its design separates it from the soil under your floor so it will never clog. Large holes in the back of the pipe accept water and keep your basement dry permanently. Winner of the CQIA Innovation Prize and patented in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, our state-of-the-art WaterGuard system is just what you need!
TrenchDrain Surface Drainage System
The unique design of this drain directs water into a channel where it is pumped out of your home using the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. With two different sizes (a large size for traffic bearing and high flow conditions like a garage door, and a small size for interior foot traffic like the bottom of a staircase), TrenchDrain will prevent water damage in all kinds of areas and keep your home safe and dry.
DryTrak Basement Water Control System
Basement Wall Systems
Our BrightWall panels are durable 4 by 8-foot sheets of plastic paneling that are clean, bright, and won't come off the wall. They add a semi-finished look to your basement while stopping water vapor from getting through your walls. They also drain any leaks down to a water management system to keep water out of your basement.
The CleanSpace wall system is an economical and easy way to cover ugly walls and block water vapor from entering your basement. It's a 20-mil-thick reinforced plastic liner that's installed with permanent drilled-in fasteners. It reflects lighting to brighten your basement while stopping water from getting through.
The ThermalDry wall system is best used before finishing your basement. It stops water vapor, drains wall leaks and reflects 97% of indoor heat back into the basement. This saves you energy and money because your heat is not absorbed and lost in cold basement walls. When you do finish your basement, and decide on the conventional studs and drywall method, leave a 1/2-inch space in front of the ThermalDry covering for maximum benefit.
Basement Floor Systems
For a more luxurious look, try our MillCreek flooring. In three different shades, mahogany, natural oak and rosewood, it offers the look and feel of hardwood without the danger of damage from water or moisture. The glue-free E-Zee click system makes the flooring easy to install or dismantle, and a UV coating and AC 4 abrasion layer means it can stand up to anything.
SaniDry High Performance Dehumidification and Air Filtration Systems
The SaniDry Model CSB Crawl Space and Basement Air System offers a more compact design specially for your crawl space. It will dry the air in an area up to 6,000 square feet and 3 feet high, and automatically drains the water so you never have to empty it. Both the Model CSB and upright model come with filters that remove particles down to 2 microns including mold spores and dust. The optional carbon filter eliminates odors.
FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System
The FlexiSpan system acts as your wall's second line of defense against leaks after the first bead of sealant is applied on cracks. Water seeps down the foam strip into drainage below (such as WaterGuard). It incorporates a seal first, and if any water makes it through this first seal it will catch the access seepage. The FlexiSpan system will never fail!
Domestic Water Flood Protection in DE & MD
The FloodChek hoses replace the hoses that came with your washing machines. If you forget to shut off the water valves, your washer hoses remain pressurized at about 60 pounds per square inch. When they fail, they can shoot out up to 650 gallons of water per hour. FloodChek hoses can take the pressure and are the safest washing machine hoses in the world!
