DryTrak Basement Water Control System

Our DryTrak system is the proven method for preventing wet basement. It's the perfect solution to your wet basement, and a great addition to a Super Sump pump. The DryTrak is great for a monolithic foundation in which the footing and floor are one piece. Its practical design removes seepage from the floor-wall joint and directs it to your sump pump or drain. Removing this water lowers the water table around your foundation and relieves hydrostatic pressure. With a vinyl finish, foil vapor barrier on the back and a 1/4-inch fiberglass core, these panels make a huge difference in your basement’s appearance for a fraction of the price of a complete basement finishing.

Our BrightWall panels are durable 4 by 8-foot sheets of plastic paneling that are clean, bright, and won't come off the wall. They add a semi-finished look to your basement while stopping water vapor from getting through your walls. They also drain any leaks down to a water management system to keep water out of your basement.

The CleanSpace wall system is an economical and easy way to cover ugly walls and block water vapor from entering your basement. It's a 20-mil-thick reinforced plastic liner that's installed with permanent drilled-in fasteners. It reflects lighting to brighten your basement while stopping water from getting through.

The ThermalDry wall system is best used before finishing your basement. It stops water vapor, drains wall leaks and reflects 97% of indoor heat back into the basement. SaniDry High Performance Dehumidification and Air Filtration Systems

Let us eliminate damp, musty odors in your basement or crawl space by drying and filtering the air with our SaniDry Air Systems! The powerful upright model is great for basements or crawl spaces over 40 inches high. When installed in an unfinished area, it ducts dry filtered air into a finished area. Just set the humidistat to your desired setting and the SaniDry will do the rest! It will take four times the water out of the air as a typical dehumidifier, yet uses the same amount of energy. The SaniDry can stand alone in a finished or unfinished basement.

The SaniDry Model CSB Crawl Space and Basement Air System offers a more compact design specially for your crawl space. It will dry the air in an area up to 6,000 square feet and 3 feet high, and automatically drains the water so you never have to empty it. FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System

Is water getting into your basement through wall cracks? Basement Systems has been repairing basement wall cracks for many years. Our innovative FlexiSpan system is your guaranteed solution to leaking wall cracks. This patented crack repair method eliminates messy, unreliable epoxy or urethane injections. For a long time, injections were the way to go but have now been found to fail from the wall shrinking or other factors. Wall cracks are caused by wall shrinkage, and this shrinkage can continue for about three years.

The FlexiSpan system acts as your wall's second line of defense against leaks after the first bead of sealant is applied on cracks. Water seeps down the foam strip into drainage below (such as WaterGuard). It incorporates a seal first, and if any water makes it through this first seal it will catch the access seepage. The FlexiSpan system will never fail!

Domestic Water Flood Protection in DE & MD

Protect your home from leaking water heaters, dripping well-water tanks or blown-out washing machine hoses with our innovative system of the FloodRing Water Tank Protection System and FloodChek Washing Machine Hoses. The FloodRing is designed to wrap around your water heater to protect the rest of your basement from a pressurized water release.

The FloodChek hoses replace the hoses that came with your washing machines. If you forget to shut off the water valves, your washer hoses remain pressurized at about 60 pounds per square inch.
