This homeowner's sidewalk was dangerous and hard to navigate. When dealing with settling of this nature, the typical response is to either rip up the concrete and replace or to use mud jacking to raise the slab. Ripping up the concrete and be costly and can still have settling down the road. As well it takes time for the concrete to cure and the pathway wouldn't be passable for some time. Using a 2 part compound, we drill a small, dime sized holes in to the concrete, inject the PolyLevel compound and slowly raise the slab to the desired level. When the homeowner of this porch in Ocean View bought their home they noticed the home had a very dangerous tripping hazard. The concrete slab making the front porch of the home dropped just over 1 inch. When the current homeowner talked with the pervious homeowner he said that the slab sank just about a year after it was constructed. In the three years since the current homeowner has had the property, he didn’t notice it sinking it anymore. However, he was still worried about it being a tripping hazard. This homeowner was looking for a solution to their damp, dark basement. We suggested BrightWall because of the many benefits. Typically in homes we see basements that are painted. Energy-efficient is not normally how people describe their crawl spaces. However, with DryZone, encapsulating your crawl space can make your home more energy-efficient. This homeowner already had a vent installed, but wanted something new and improved to work during a flood. This homeowner in Felton, DE was experiencing water in their crawl space. For this job, our team installed a Hydrolink draining system to rid the crawlspace of water. While we were in the crawlspace, we also wanted to remove any debri, and regrade the space.

This homeowner was continuously having to repair her basement due to flooding. Once we took a look, we recommended a few of out solutions in order to stop this from happening for good.
