Welcoming Brian Barzcak
DryZone, LLC is happy to introduce to their team, Brian Barczak. Brian will be heading up our team of talented System Design Specialist, as their sales manager. Brian comes with a wealth of knowledge and has over 12 years experience in the construction field and 8 years in sales. He has built 3 homes, countless remodels, decks, patios and additions.
Brian's focus with DryZone is to create a great customer service experience for all homeowners. He will be working to help grow DryZone’s already established, successful sales team and take them to the next level. Brian shows a great level of leadership, that when coupled with his knowledge and experience make him an exceptional addition to the team.

The high standards that DryZone holds their employees and management team to are mirrored in my own personal ethics and It is not something that I see with similar businesses in the area. I am excited to work closely with the current sales team; planning and getting to know each member individually. As well as, coordinate with other departments to continue to help DryZone grow and expand. My goals are to work with our sales team to improve the job related skills, increase techniques and capabilities, and to meet and increase our goals for upcoming years."

Brian is married to his wife Beth and they have 2 children - Will and Adam. They moved from the Newark area to Seaford area in 2007. Brian enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and playing the guitar. He also loves being outdoors biking and hiking with friends and family.
