Just had Dry Zone take care of my basement water issues and also shore-up a wall with a big crack in it. Everyone was very responsive and professional, making this a very painless process. My basement felt dry in a matter of hours. My only regret is that I didn t call them sooner.
I had 2 other "waterproofing"companies out to my home, and had the worst experience ever!! then I called DryZone, what a pleasure to find a company like this.
Luis and the crew were very friendly and cleaned up the basement after the installation. They were very professional.
NOW:
1. Some days showed up later then was told.
2. When they got here to start wall anchors they didn't have the key to bobcat and spent the morning going to get a key. Therefore didn't get started until 11:30 to 12.
3. Had to barrow two pipe wrenches from me cause they didn't have any.
4. Removed two outlets from the wall and were never reattached. The oil line pipes were detached from the wall and never reattached. They were just left hanging.
5. Need to put something between the galvanized plate and the copper pipe to stop electrolysis from happening.
6. I think they should do something a little different with the way the sump pump is hooked up. Didn't know the extension cord was just going to be wrapped around the pipe and left hanging. I think they could have been a little neater with that.
7. The dirt in the drive should have been raked out smoother then what it was. I am not too steady on my feet and I could stump my toe on those lumps and bumps and fall.
It they were going to do work for you, you would not want these things left this way.
They are not cheap but they sealed our crawlspace with excellent materials and solved some moisture problems under our house. They were expensive. I would use them again and I would recommend them as long as people know that they are not cheap but they were worth the money.
We would like to thank you, Steve and everyone at DryZone for responding to our issues listed in my letter of October 25, 2010 regarding our crawlspace.
You called me promptly and got started by sending Steve right out to check out the situation. Once you and your staff reviewed the situation you called me with how things were going to be handled to resolve the water leakage.
Steve and his helper came several times and worked very hard (several hours at a time) in the crawlspace. Steve was very understanding and we knew how truly sincere he was to get things working to the best that could be done.
We are very pleased with how you responded and Steve's perseverance to get things right!

The job was completed faster than indicated and was very pleased with the whole process. There are follow-up promises (in house performance check ups) and will await to see if those promises are kept.

Professional presentation, expertly executed. Kenny was courteous & professional but Henry Hill was the real star of our job. Our basement presented a few unique (to us) permit issues that DryZone solved. Henry & his crew were real craftsmen in resolving the twists & turns of our full basement project. My wife works midnights and was sleeping most of the time he was there. Henry & his crew were respectful of my wife & worked accordingly. FIve Stars!! Roy Eckbold

did fantastic work at my house, completed the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. went above and beyond to make sure my basement was dry. would recommend them to everyone
Yvelt Pierre and Israel did an excellent job. Both are very thorough and take pride in what they do. Great communication with us to let us exactly know what they were doing and how far along the job was. Excellent cleanup at the end. The result looks super. I would also add that Johnny, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and explained the technical details of the job very well at a level we could understand.

Just superb. I am now going to use same process on our home in Phila...have asked if your shop can do this job...out of the catchment area but will be using Dry Zone for sure here
On February 16, 2011 your company removed a concrete step and installed wall anchors on the front basement wall of my house in Dewey Beach. I am a "people watcher" and spent a lot of time observing your employees during the process. The installers present were Kenny, Jeff, Rodolfo, and Jose. I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of their work and also how they reacted with each other. Even though there was a certain amount of jovial communications among them, it was done in a respectful way. Kenny used the job for training purposes also (he has a knack for training). When he let Jose, who apparently was the low man on the totem pole, assist in installing one of the wall anchors, Jose's face lit up. You could tell that that meant a lot to him. All in all, on a scale of one to five, I would rate their performance at wow, wow, wow, wow, and WOW.
